Can you make custom design for my pet?





How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we work diligently to make and package your items. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. You will be able to track your shipment using tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. This policy is in place because custom products are specifically crafted to your unique requirements and cannot be resold.

What if my pet's name is quite long?

We recommend keeping your pet's name reasonably short to ensure that it fits comfortably on the tag. If you have a longer name or a specific way you prefer to put it, please reach out to our customer support, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

As a token of our appreciation for your support, we offer free standard shipping on all orders with a total value of $35 or more. This offer applies to domestic orders within the United States. For orders below $35, standard shipping rates will apply.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside the US. We hope we support this in the future.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Because all the customizable items are made to order, we don't accept return or exchange for those items. They include pet id tags and custom photo accessories. However, please contact us if you have problems with your order.

We advise you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
